摘要
介绍了一种根据半导体式气体传感器的工作原理而设计的甲烷气体检测电路。该电路弥补了以前此类检测电路的许多不足之处,具有灵敏度高、稳定性好、制备成本低等优点,并利用单片机来实现对信息的采集和处理,达到了实时检测甲烷气体浓度的目的。
This paper introduced a methane gas detection circuit design based on the principle of semiconductor gas sensor.The circuit overcame the disadvantages of traditional detection circuit.It has high sensitivity,good stability and low cost of preparation.The design used single-chip microcomputer to collect and process the information,it realized the purpose of detecting methane concentration in real-time.
