摘要
河南现代农业的发展已经具备坚实的基础,发展目标应主要定位在保障粮食供给、强化食品安全、提供就业岗位和保护生态环境四个方面;要进一步加强农业合作经济组织建设,提高农民组织化程度;延长产业链条,提升产业的竞争力;要加强农民培训,提高农民素质,要重视品牌培育,实施品牌经营。
Henan modem agriculture has solid foundation. Its ruction should be in the position of ensuring food supply and strengthening food safety and providing jobs and protecting the environment; the following measures should be carried out to promote the development of Henan modem agriculture, that includs setting up agricultural cooperative economic organi- zations, extending industrial chain, training farmer and cultivating regional brand.
