1例踝关节离断伤再植术后的护理

摘要 患者男，39岁，因重物砸伤致左踝疼痛、出血2h于2009年2月急诊收入院。患者2h前不慎被重物砸伤，致左踝疼痛、出血、活动受限。当地医院摄片示：左足多发骨折、脱位。伤口简单包扎后转入我院。查体见：左踝外侧约12cm伤口，距骨骨折脱位，跟骨内中锲骨及第一趾骨可及压痛、叩击痛，跖跗关节压痛明显，足舟骨可及压痛叩击痛，1—2趾伸直受限，针刺足趾无出血，左足趾远端无血运，足背动脉未及搏动，伤口污染明显。
