摘要
以山竹果皮为原料,分析山竹果皮中植物多酚的类型及含量,并对其抗氧化活性进行研究。研究结果表明,山竹果皮中含有缩合类植物多酚、水解类植物多酚和黄酮等多种多酚类物质。其中,总酚、原花青素以及总黄酮的含量分别为15·5%±1·9%、8·56%±1·40%和6·52%±2·14%。山竹果皮提取液经大孔树脂纯化后,40%乙醇洗脱相的抗氧化活性最强,对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基以及超氧阴离子的清除能力IC50值分别为32·5±0·5、55·1±0·7、25·3±0·6μg/mL。
The Garcinia mangostana L pericarp was used as a raw material to study on the kinds, contents and antioxidant of plant polyphenol. The results showed that the Garcinia mangostana L pericarp was rich in polyphenol, such as condensed polyphenol, hydrolysable polyphenol and flavnoid. The contents of total polyphenol,procyanidins and total flavnoid are 15.5% ± 1.9% ,8.56% ± 1.40%, and 6.52%± 2.14%, respectively. The pericarp extract were purified by LSA-21 ,and the 40% alcohol elution had the strongest antioxidant activity. The IC50, value of DPPH · , · OH and O2- · radical scavenging capabilities are 32.5 ± 0.5,55.1 ± 0.7,25.3± 0.6μg/mL, respectively.
