摘要
为了研究汽车ABS制动管路压力波动特性,获得制动系统控制参数,提高控制品质,将研发的波动负载发生装置进行了台架试验,在制动力为160N(半制动)和320N(全制动)工况下,电机转速分别为400、600、800、1000、1200r/min时,获得了制动管路压力波动特性。结果表明,ABS制动系统管路压力呈一定规律的波动状态,在160N制动踏板力时,压力波动幅度较大;320N制动踏板力时,压力波动范围较小;压力与驱动电机转速有一定的关系。
Bench tests of fluctuation load device were carried on in order to analyze fluctuation characteristics of ABS braking pipelines, obtain the control parameters for braking system and improve control quality. Pressure fluctuation characteristics of braking pipelines were obtained when the braking forces imposed on pedal were 160N and 320N, and motor speed was set at 400, 600,800, 1 000 and 1 200 r/min, respectively. Results show that pressure on ABS braking pipelines fluctuates with time, and amplitude is high at penal force of 160N and low at 320N. Pressure had some correlations with motor speed.
