摘要
目的对经闭孔入路经阴道尿道中段无张力悬吊术(transobturator vaginal tape,TVT-O)治疗女性压力性尿失禁(stress urinaryincontinence,SUI)的疗效进行评价。方法回顾性分析2007年3月～2009年2月采用TVT-O术式治疗女性SUI的临床资料21例。结果手术时间20～40 min,平均30 min,术中出血20～60 mL,平均40 mL。1例术后排尿困难,保留尿管5 d后自行排尿。21例治愈,随访3～12个月,平均6个月,无1例复发。结论TVT-O治疗女性SUI操作简单,效果可靠,并发症少,是一种较为理想的方法。
Objective To evaluate the methods and results of the transobturator vaginal tape inside-out （TVT-O） for the treatment of female stress incontinence （SUI）. Methods The data of 21 cases of female stress urinary incontinence treated by TVT-O procedure from March 2007 to Feb. 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The average operating time was 30 rain （20-40 minutes） and average blood loss was 40 mL （20-60 mL）. An indwelling catheter had been used for 5 d because of urinary retention in 1 case. All of the patients were successfully cured and normal voiding without complications was achieved postoperatively with average follow-up of 6 month （3-12 months）. Conclusion TVT-O for the treatment of female urinary stress incontinence was simple and effective with fewer complications.
