摘要
本实验采用间接血凝试验(IHA)方法,对新疆北疆地区主要畜禽品种及犬和猫的弓形虫感染情况进行了调查。共采集血清样品1085份,调查结果表明牛、羊、猪、蛋鸡、肉鸡、犬和猫弓形虫病的感染阳性率分别为2.54%、5.62%、3.48%、0%、0%、4.17%和7.14%。
This study was showed Toxoplasmosis epidemiologic investigation of major domestic animal and pouliry, dogs, feline at northern regions in xinjiang. According to the Indirect Heamagglutination Assay（IHA）, the infectiveness result of 1085 serum samples were detected. The positive rate of cattle, sheep, swine, layers, broilers, dog, feline was 2.54%, 5.62%, 3.48%, 0%, 0%, 4.17% and 7.14%.
