摘要
介绍了一种螺旋曲面的重建方法,详细阐述了设计流程。由三坐标测量机获取螺旋曲面数据,实现了测量数据中噪声点的剔除,利用Delaunay三角化重建了曲面。通过滚刀实例的初步验证,说明方法正确可行。
An approach of reconstructing helical surfaces is proposed, and the design process is illustrated in detail. In the process, using a de - noising method the distortion points can be removed from the points measured by CMM, and triangular meshes with these points are generated based on Delaunay triangulation technique in two dimensions. Finally the surface reconstruction of a knurling tool shows that this approach is feasible.
