摘要
本文简述了钙调素的概念、结构、分布，介绍了它对于钙代谢、环核苷酸功能、糖元代谢，神经递质的合成与释放、受精过程的调节以及其它一些生理功能，着重介绍了它对于细胞周期的调控和在这方面取得的研究进展。
This article narrated the concept, the structure and the distribution of calmodulin, and briefly introduced calmodulin＇s regulation on cells in different aspects, such as:Calcium metabolize, cyclic nucleotide＇s functions, glycogen metabolize, synthetise and release of nerve neurotransmitter, adjustment of course of fertilization and some other physiology functions it has, especially introduced its regulation and control on cell cycle and the research progress got from this area.
