闭合灌流冲洗法治疗创伤后骨关节感染11例 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨持续性闭合灌流冲洗法治疗创伤后骨关节感染的体会。方法治疗创伤后骨关节感染11例，均给予病灶清除持续抗生素盐水闭合灌流冲洗治疗。结果本组10例患者，病灶灌注冲洗10。14d后。引流液3次细菌培养均阴性，1例原创口处部分愈合不良，经2个月换药闭合。经6个月随访，未见复发，随访病例患肢功能均恢复良好。结论持续性闭合灌流冲洗法简单易行，是治疗创伤后骨关节感染的有效方法。
