摘要
目的:探讨人工栽培胡黄连质量检测标准的制定。方法:采用2005版《中国药典》(一部)胡黄连相关的测定方法对栽培胡黄连的有效成分含量、水分、灰分、浸出物、农残、理化进行测定和鉴别。结果:人工栽培的胡黄连有效成分含量、水分、灰分、浸出物、农残、理化鉴别测定结果都在《中国药典》规定的范周内。结论:栽培胡黄连的质量可依据2005版《中国药典》一部相关测定方法进行检测。
Objective： To study a testing method of quality standard of cultivated Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora Pennell. Methods： Active ingredient content, water content, ash content, extract, Pesticides, identification of physics tion of physics and chemistry reached the relative standards of Pharmacopoeia of People＇s Republic of China（2005 ）. Conclusion ： The testing method of the quality of cultivated Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora Pennell can adopt the detecting standards of Pharmacopoeia of People＇s Republic of China（2005 ）.
