摘要
在高等教育领域,办学理念、办学特色、校风、校训各自有着不同的内涵和外延,但四个概念并非完全孤立,从教育学、社会学、哲学和管理学等不同角度出发都可以看到四者之间存在的共同点,并可以构建一个体现四者深层关系的二维坐标系:办学理念是办学特色、校风和校训的基础和源泉;办学理念与办学特色是理论与实践的关系;校训与校风是应然与实然的关系;校风是办学理念、办学特色、校训物化的风尚;校训是办学特色、校风践行办学理念的工具。
The cormotations of the idea and characteristics in running a university, the university spirit and motto are different in higher education. However, they are not totally independent. We can see common points from the angels of pedagogic, sociology, philosophy, and management science. So we construct a two- dimension reference frame to embody the logical relationships of the four aspects. The idea of running a university is the foundation and source of the characteristics, the university spirit and motto; The relationship between the idea and characteristics in nmning a university is one between theory and practice; the relationship between the university motto and spirit is "ought to be" and "to be"; The university spirit is the materialization of the idea, the characteristics and the motto of the university; the motto is the characteristics in running the university and the tool to realize the idea.
