阐述了煤炭企业实施精细化管理的必要性,指出我国煤炭企业可以通过加强培训、改变观念、制度创新和文化建设等措施来实现精细化管理。
This paper expounds the necessity of carrying out the refined management in Coal enterprise,and points out that our country s coal enterprises can realize the refined management through adopting the measures of strengthening the training,changing the concept,and implementing the system innovation and cultural construction,etc.
