摘要
本文利用文献计量指标,对近5年来20位信息学科国家杰出青年基金获得者的论文情况进行统计;分析各文献计量指标,特别是H指数、G指数、R指数和Hc指数对个人学术成绩评价的影响;研究各文献计量指标与H指数的关系;从而为将来杰青评审专家在同行评议时做出客观公正的判断提供定量的参考指标。
In this paper, we firstly use scientometrics indicators to analyze the publications of 20 scientists who have achieved the National Outstanding Youth Fund in Information Science field during the past five years. Secondly, we find the impact factors to quantify an individual＇s scientific research achievements based on different bolometric indicators, such as total number of publications and citations, H-index, G-index, R-index, Hc-index, etc. Then, we study the correlativity of H-index and other indicators. The results show that H-index and its improved indicators are comprehensive characterization of the quantity and impact of publications of the applicants for the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund.
