摘要
使用采集仪采集数控机床主轴噪声信号,利用小波分析将测得的机体噪声信号变换到时频域,对包含有主轴故障的噪声信号的高频成分加以提取并进行包络谱分析,并对包络曲线进行频谱分析,得到了故障频率信息。通过实验验证了该方法可利用机体噪声信号监测主轴的故障状态。
The noise signals of spindle were collected and were transformed into time and frequency region. The high frequency components of the noise signals of fault spindle were extracted and analyzed with envelope spectrum, the spectrum analysis was made on the envelope graph, and the frequency information of fault was obtained. The experiment proves that the method can detect the fault of spindle by noise signals of machine tool.
