Compared to the past,Chinese carriers now are facing greater change in living condition. In the context of 3G competition and industrial convergence,how to boost industrial innovation and discover new opportunities for growth has become a momentous task lying ahead of the carriers that needs to be deeply considered and actively explored. In the process of the transformation from traditional telecom industry value chain to current communication ecosystem,the carriers' influence on the market are changing gradually,and the new trend towards industrial convergence also leads to the diversity of market players. In the era of all-service operation,the carriers are faced up with many new problems,of which industrial innovation perhaps is one of the most urgent one to be resolved.
