hTERT基因表达调控机制及其在抗肿瘤研究中的应用

摘要 人端粒酶逆转录酶(Human telomerase reverse transcriptase,hTERT)的表达异常通常被认为是正常人体细胞癌变的先决条件。就调节hTERT表达的相关转录因子及其作用机制进行了综述,指出以hTERT表达异常在肿瘤形成和发展过程中有十分重要的作用,但鉴于肿瘤形成的复杂形,关注与肿瘤生理和病理相关的内源性因子及其细胞因子在功能上的联系是进一步研究的方向。 Over-expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) holds a critical role in the de- velopment of tumor from normal cells. So, those genes and cytokine, which can enhance the expression of hTERT, might be involved in the progress of tumor development. At present, we want to summarize the researching develop- ment of these factors and their mechanism, and generally introduce their application in tumor therapy targeting on hTERT. Focusing on its functional connection with endogenous factor and its cell factor in tumor physiology and pathology is the direction for further research.
