摘要
在归纳国内外部分关于SBS改性沥青老化研究报道基础上,分别从常规性能、低温延展性、流变性、红外光谱和凝胶色谱等5个方面分析了SBS改性沥青的老化行为。认为:改性沥青经老化后粘度上升,且软化点、针入度变化,但变化方向取决于沥青硬化和改性剂裂解程度;低温延展性大大降低;流变性能显示老化改性沥青在高温下容易流动,抗变形能力降低;红外光谱表明老化改性沥青中的基质沥青和改性剂都发生了氧化反应;凝胶色谱图进一步证实了由于沥青的氧化聚合分子量变大,而改性剂因氧化裂解而分子量降低。
Based on summarizing of the present research results about SBS modified asphalt aging both at home and abroad, the aging properties of SBS modified asphalt were analyzed, which included common properties, low- temperature ductility, theological characterization, Fourier Transform Infrared spectra (FTIR) and Gel Permeation Chromatography profile (GPC) . It was found that the viscosity of aging SBS modified asphalt enhanced, the softening point and penetration changed, but the change direction depend on the aging degrees of asphalt and SBS modifier. The low temperature ductility of aging SBS modified asphalt reduced suddenly. The rheological characterization revealed that the large increases in phase angle of aging SBS modified asphalt were observed at high temperatures, which indicated that the aging SBS modified high temperature stability reduce. The FTIR spectra showed that oxidation reaction occurred on both control asphalt and SBS modifier during the aging process. The GPC profile testified that the molecular weight and size of control asphalt increased because of the oxidation and polymerization reactions, but the SBS modifier molecular weight and size decreased because of the oxidation and degradation reactions.
