摘要
在对贵州省各地农机部门实地调研的基础上,分析了贵州省农机人才现状。认为人才总量缺乏、年龄结构不均衡、职称结构、学历结构不合理、缺乏教育培训机会等是目前存在的主要问题。对农机人才的发展需求进行了分析,提出引进人才,留住人才,加强教育培训,培养学科带头人,开发农机人才供需信息管理系统等发展农机人才的对策建议。
On the basis of the spot investigation in the department of agricultural machinery in Guizhou Province, the status of agricultural machinery talents is analyzed. There existed some problems such as the talent resources and opportunity of education and training are deficient, the age structure is unbalanced, and the professional title and educational background structures are unreasonable and so on. The development demands of agricultural machinery talents are analyzed. The countermeasures are put forward including introducing talents, retaining talents, strengthening education and training, cultivating discipline leaders, and developing agricultural machinery talents supply and demand information management system, etc.
