花生中咪唑乙烟酸残留量的测定方法 被引量:3

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法测定花生中咪唑乙烟酸残留量,并对所建立的方法进行可靠性分析。甲醇-0.1mol/L碳酸钠溶液(体积比50:50)超声提取,离心,上清液调酸后用二氯甲烷萃取,强阳离子交换固相萃取柱净化,配有紫外检测器的高效液相色谱仪测定,外标法定量。方法添加回收率在80.6%~95.5%之间,相对标准偏差为2.21%~8.45%,检出限为0.00881mg/kg。 A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for determination of imazethapyr in peanut sample, and the reliability of the method was analyzed and validated. Imazethapyr was separated from bean by the mixed extraction of methanol-sodium carbonate solution, assisted with ultrasonic wave, and then to be separated by centrifuge. After adjustment to acidity, the supernatant liquid was partitioned with methylene chloride. Cleanup was achieved by a solid phase extraction of SCX, washed the cartridge system with mixed solution of ammonia and methanol, and then detected by high pressure liquid chromatography utilizing UV detection, and the quantification was made by standard curve. The minimum detection limit was 0.008 81 mg/kg, the average recovery 80.6-95.5%, the relative standard deviation 2.21-8.45%.
