摘要
通过制备阿司匹林肠溶缓释固体分散体来设计和优化阿司匹林肠溶缓释制剂的处方.以阿司匹林为模型药物,制成固体分散体,然后添加适量的辅料制成肠溶缓释片处方.优化的阿司匹林肠溶缓释处方为阿司匹林50mg,优特奇L-10050mg,优特奇RD75mg,淀粉30mg,糊精10mg,滑石粉20mg时,达到良好的肠溶缓释效果,符合2005版《中国药典》规定.优化的阿司匹林肠溶缓释片具有良好的肠溶缓释效果,且制备方法简单、成本低,具有较高的实用价值.
This paper aims to design and optimize the prescription of Aspirin enteric-coated sustained-release solid dispersion by the preparation of Aspirin enteric-coated sustained-release solid dispersion. Aspirin is used as a model drug to design solid dispersion, and then appropriate amount of pharmaceutical accessories is. added to form the prescription of sustained-release tablets. The results show that the optimized preparation with aspirin 50 mg, Eudragit L-100 50 mg,Eudragit RD 75 rag,Amylase 30 mg,dextrin 10 mg,and the talcum powder 20 mg is proved to have good bowel sustained-release effect,and its release rate is in line with the 2005 version of ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ provisions. So it is concluded that optimization of aspirin enteric-coated sustained-release tablets has a good effect of sustained-release, and the preparation method is simple,low-cost with high practical value.
