自体富血小板凝胶治疗糖尿病足溃疡的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨自体富血小板凝胶对糖尿病足溃疡的疗效。方法将18例糖尿病足溃疡患者分为两组,对照组8例,采用内科治疗加局部换药治疗,APG治疗组10例,采用内科治疗加局部换药并外涂APG进行治疗。比较其在肉芽组织成熟程度、创面上皮葡行和创面愈合时间方面的差异。结果APG治疗组在7、14和21d肉芽组织成熟度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后7、14dAPG治疗组创面上皮葡行速度快于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组创面愈合时间为(18.91±2.65)d,对照组为31.42±4.60d,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论APG对糖尿病足溃疡具有良好的治疗效果。 [ Objective ] To investigate the curative effectiveness of APG in the treatment of diabetes foot. [ Methods ] 18 diabetes foot-patients were divided into two groups: control group (n=8) were given medical treatment and wound-change dressings; APG treated-group (n=10) were given medical treatment, wound-change dressings and APG external use. Comparisons of two groups were assessed by granulation tissue maturity, endepidermis growth velocity and wound healing time. [ Results ] Granulation tissue maturity of APG treated-group was better than control group on 7d, 14d and 21d (P 〈0.05). On 7d and 14d, endepidermis growth velocity of APG treated-group suppressed control group(P 〈0.05). The wound healing time of APG treated-group was (18.91 ±2.65)d and was significantly different from (31.42 ±4.60)d of control group(P 〈0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] APG has good curative effectiveness on management of diabetes foot.
