摘要
选择酶解乳清培养基为离心基质,研究了不同的离心条件对于冻干后活菌存活率的影响,确定了冻干后活菌存活率最高的适宜离心条件。结果表明:在8000r/min、10min条件下离心的活菌存活率最高;在4000r/min,10min条件下离心的活菌冻干存活率最高,贮藏期内的损失最小,益生菌冻干制剂的活菌数高;离心温度对于活菌离心存活率的影响不显著。
The effect of centrifugation conditions (speed,duration,temperature) on the survival rates of Lactobacillus acidophilus was studied.Whey hydrolysate was chosen to be the centrifugation medium.Results indicated that Lactobacillus acidophilus concentrated at 8000r /min for 10min displayed the best survival rate in the period of centrifugation but a better survival rate at 4000r /min for 10min in both freezing and frozen storage.The freeze-dried powder of Lactobacillus acidophilus showed the highest cell viability when concentrated at 4000r/min for 10min.Temperature didn't significantly influence the survival rate in the period of centrifugation.
