摘要
采用模板法制备了介孔炭,并利用浸渍法将金属离子N i2+、Co2+负载在该介孔材料上。研究了不同吸附剂、温度和浓度对吸附的影响。结果表明,介孔炭负载N i2+或Co2+比13X负载N i2+脱硫效果好,N i2+/介孔炭比Co2+/介孔炭脱硫效果好。当负载N i2+的量为10%,温度为20℃时,介孔炭的脱硫效果最好。
Mesoporous carbon was synthesized adopting template technique, and then metallic ions such as Ni^2+, Co^2+ were encapsulated into mesoporous materials utilizing impregnation technique. The influences of adsorption were studied by using different sorbent, under different temperatures and different concentrations. The results showed that the desulfurizing effects of Ni^2+/mesoporous carbon or Co^2+/ mesoporous carbon was better than Ni^2+/13X, and the desulfurizing effects of Ni^2+/mesoporous carbon was better than Co^2+/mesoporous carbon. The highest desulfurizing efficiency was obtained when the 10% of Ni^2+ was encapsulated on mesoporous carbon and the experiment temperature was 20℃.
