摘要
选取洛阳市有代表性的大、中、小型奶牛场共9个,采用感官及实验室两种分析方法,对其青贮玉米秸进行了质量综合评定。结果表明:所测奶牛场青贮玉米饲料品质总体较好,优等料占22.2%,良等料占66.7%,差劣料比例仅为11%。洛阳市奶牛场的青贮玉米饲料的质量仍需提高。
The quality of corn - straw silage in nine representative cattle farms of Luoyang city was surveyed by the sensory evaluation and laboratory analysis. The results showed that the quality of most corn - straw silage was good, the proportion of excellent silage, good silage and bad silage was 22.2%, 66.7% and 11% , respectively. But there were some problems which needed to be improved.
