摘要
中国外交联盟观经历了从结盟到不结盟两个阶段。毛泽东时代,因国力受限,只能依靠盟国力量以求立足于国际舞台。80年代初,我国外交实现了由结盟向不结盟的重大转变。外交联盟观的调整,既是时代主题变化的结果,也是中国工作重点转移的需要,它使我国在国际事务中独立自主的形象更加鲜明,同时更有利于发挥我国在维护世界和平中的作用。
China diplomatic alliance underwent two stages from alliance to non-alliance. In the period of Map Zedong, China could only depend upon the allied countries to be on the international scene due to the limited national strength. In the early 80s, our diplomacy realized significant transformation from alliance to non-alliance. Adjustment in diplomatic alliance is not only the result of time change, but also the need to shift Chinese work emphasis. It makes our independent image brighter in international affairs and is advantageous for our country to play a role of maintaining world peace.
