摘要
采用正交设计实验,在不同的水浴温度、搅拌速度、升温速度及回差值的条件下测量了恒温水浴槽的灵敏度。实验结果表明:恒温水浴槽灵敏度测定的最优条件是慢搅拌、弱加热、回差值为0.1、水浴温度为测定上限值的90%~96%。并由此计算出水浴温度、搅拌速度、加热速度、回差值与灵敏度的相关系数的比值为0.640:0.449:0.658:1。
The sensitiveness of thermostatic waterbath was measured by orthogonal design under different water reservoir temperature, mixing speeds, hyperthermie speeds and return difference values. Results showed that the optimum conditions of the measurement were as follows : the water reservoir temperature should be 90% - 96% of the upper limits, return difference values should be 0. 1, with slow mixing and weak heating. The correlation coefficients of water reservoir temperatures, mixing speeds, hyperthernlic speeds and return difference values should be 0. 640 : 0. 449 : 0. 658 :1.
