摘要
针对传统机械式风速仪测量精度低、使用寿命短、维护成本高等缺点,介绍了一种高精度超声波风速风向测量系统:以C8051F020芯片为核心,利用其强大的控制、采集、运算功能,完成超声波信号的收发控制、时差判断、数据处理等功能,提高风速风向测量的精度和可靠性;对该测量系统的工作原理和方式进行了分析,给出了设计思想和硬件电路,并进行了试验;试验结果表明,所设计的超声波风速风向测量系统灵敏度高、测量范围广、安装维修方便,可在工业、农业、环境观测等领域广泛使用。
The traditional mechanical anemometers are low sensitivity, short using time, and high upkeep and so on. The paper introduce a ultrasonic anemometer measurement system that the core chip based on C8051F020, controlling the ultrasonic receiving and sending, time difference judgment, and the data processing. The measurement system improves the sensitivity and reliability greatly. The paper marks an analysis of working principle and method, giving the design ideas and hardware circuit and doing the experiments with the system. The re- suits indicate that the ultrasonic anemometer measure system has high accuracy, broad measurement range and can be fixed easily. The ultrasonic anemometer measurement system can be widely used in fields such as industry, agriculture and environment observation etc.
