摘要
盐城滩涂资源丰富,土地资源增长潜力强,种、养殖业是滩涂土地资源开发利用的主要形式,风力发电、滩涂旅游、港口及工业园区基地建设是滩涂新的增长点。本文阐述了目前滩涂土地资源主要的利用方式,并分析了开发利用中存在的问题及原因,从科学规划、技术投入、环境保护等方面对维持滩涂土地资源可持续利用的策略进行了探讨。
The beach resources were abundance, and the growth potential of land resources was strong in Yancheng coast. The planting and aquiculture were the major utilizing means of the land resources, and the electric power produced by wind power, touring on beach, port and industry base were new economic growth point. In this paper, the major utilizing status was reported and the problems and reasons were discussed. In the end, the sustainable strategies of the land resources were discussed in the aspect of science programming, technique devotion and environment protecting.
