介绍了大型水轮机座环焊接制造的主要坡口结构设计、焊接控制要点,以及消除焊接残余应力的方法。座环产品完全符合质量要求,而且生产效率高,生产成本低。
This paper systematically analyzes the major groove structure design and welding control essentials,as well as the method of eliminating welding residual stress of the large turbine Stay Ring welding manufacturing.Not only to make our Stay Ring products fully meet the quality requirements and the user needs,but also to improve the production efficiency and save production cost greatly.
