摘要
采用菌体附着粉末材料生长的方法来制备适用于焦化废水处理的固定化的高效菌,研究了混合材料的组成及其最佳配比,考察了培养温度、菌液投加量以及摇床转速对材料吸菌量的影响,确定最佳培养条件为:温度控制在30℃,菌液投加量2 mL/100 mL培养基,摇床转速120 r.min-1。
The immobilized high-efficiency bacterium was prepared by the growth of the cell on powder materials, and the composition and the best ratio of the mixed material were investigated in this article. Through the inspection of the effects of culture temperature, the additional amount of bacterium and the rotating speed on the cell mass adsorbed by the mixed material, the optimum culture conditions were known, temperature was controlled at 30℃, the additional amount of bacterium was 2 mL/100 mL medium and the rotating speed was 120 r·min^-1.
