药源性溶血性贫血 被引量：5

摘要 药物为双刃剑，一面有治疗疾病之效使患者康复，也可因使用不当或个体易感发生不良反应，增加患者病痛甚至危及生命。众所周知，药物不良反应谱多，人体所有器官系统均可出现不良反应，确切发生率不清，约占所有药物不良反应的10％。表现不一，如贫血、白细胞减少、血小板减少、出血或血栓栓塞等，而药源性溶血性贫血仅占药源性血液学反应中10％。本文只讨论药源性溶血性贫血，其溶血机制复杂。有免疫性、氧化性、微血管病性和其他，有些药物不止一种溶血机制。引起药源性溶血性贫血的药物过多，不一一列出，仅代表性举出数种。
