Sweet综合征合并骨髓增生异常综合征一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，55岁。因双小腿、双前臂皮肤结节伴溃疡40余d于2008年8月18日入院。患者来诊前40d无明显诱因出现双前臂、双小腿皮肤结节伴搔痒，未治疗，结节范围逐渐扩大，出现水肿、渗出，部分结节坏死、结痂，无反复发热及关节疼痛，无口腔溃疡，为系统治疗收住院。
