摘要
目的:建立长期递增负荷运动致骨量降低动物模型。方法:将动情周期规律的3月龄雌性大鼠随机分为8组,分组进行2、4、6、8、9、11、13、15周的递增负荷运动,并设立同期对照组。在造模过程中监控体重、体成分、阴道脱落细胞、血生化及骨密度等各项指标的动态变化。结果:在持续15周的递增负荷跑台运动中,大鼠逐渐出现BUN增高,体重、体脂百分比、Hb下降等过度训练特征性表现;E2水平不断下降,动情周期抑制程度不断加深;最终出现BMD下降。结果表明15周递增负荷跑台运动成功建立了过度运动致骨量降低动物模型。
Objective Through a long-term training with incremental load to establish bone mass loss animal model. Methods 3-month-old female rats with regular estrous cycle were divided into 8 groups,they were running on treadmill with progressively incremental load for 2 (T2), 4 (T4), 6 (T6), 8 (T8), 9 (T9), 11 (T 11 ), 13 (T 13 ), and 15 (T15) weeks. Corresponding control group was matched for each training group. During training period,dynamic changes in body weight, percentage of body fat, vaginal cytology, blood biochemical indexes, and bone mineral density were monitored. Results With prolonging of the training period,the characteristic changes of overtraining appeared in rats,such as the gradual increase in blood urea nitrogen (BUN),and the decrease in body weight,percentage of body fat and hemoglobin. Eventually,bone mineral density decreased,accompanied with the decrease in E2 and inhibition of estrous cycle. Conclusion Through 15-week training on treadmill with progressively incremental load,we successfully established the animal model of bone mass loss induced by overtraining.
