摘要
针对克拉2气田地面系统天然气处理厂涉及装置或系统的关键控制回路,进行了安全完整性等级(简称SIL)分析。通过分析确认目前安全仪表系统的SIL水平,结合相关标准要求,确定了装置或系统应该达到的SIL水平。对原设计SIL水平未达要求的控制回路提出了改进措施和实施方案,以此提高装置或系统联锁控制功能的安全性和完整性。
This paper analyzes the safety integrity level(SIL)of the unit or its key control circuit of natural gas treatment plant in Kela2 gas field.It confirms the SIL of the present safety instrument system by analysis;and according to the requirement of relevant standards,it points out what kind of SIL should be reached in the unit or system.Improvement measurement or reform plan of the present control circuit,which is not reached the requirement,is given.The safety and integrity of the interlocking control function of the unit or system is improved.
