摘要
本文对用不同的浸渍溶剂水、乙醇、甲醇制备的脱硫醇固体碱催化剂进行了活性评价,并进行了一系列的表征。结果表明,甲醇浸渍制备的催化剂活性最高,水浸渍得到的催化剂活性最低。三种溶剂所制备的催化剂活性中心磺化酞菁钴(CoPcS)均相同,但浸渍于非水溶剂的催化剂中的固体碱载体MgO仍保持原来的晶相,而水浸渍制备的催化剂中的MgO与水发生水解反应,转化成Mg(OH),导致该催化剂表面碱量的大量丧失,从而导致催化剂活性下降。
Sulfonated cobalt phthalocyanine catalysts supported on composite oxides(MgO-Al2O3) were prepared by impregnation method.These catalysts were prepared in various solvent such as methanol,ethanol and water.The activity of the catalysts was investigated in demercaptan reaction.The catalysts were characterized with XRD,CO2-TPD and FTIR.The results showed that the catalyst prepared in methanol had the maximum activity,however the catalyst prepared in water appeared the minimum activity.The catalysts prepared in various solvent had the same active site as CoPcS.The catalysts prepared in methanol or ethanol remained the crystal phase structure of MgO,and the catalyst prepared in water showed the crystal phases of MgO and Mg(OH)2.Mg(OH) 2 originated from the hydrolysis reaction between MgO and water,which resulted in the decrease of alkali amount in catalyst surface and the catalytic activity reducing.
