摘要
试验采用Hayman方法,利用6×6完全双列杂交,对6个小麦品种(系)的主要农艺性状遗传机制进行了研究。结果表明:‘河农2552’具有优良的综合性状,是理想的早熟亲本;‘I4’穗数的一般配合力效应值较高,是理想的多穗型亲本;‘兰考906’、‘河农95156’是理想的大穗多小穗亲本。组合河农2552×兰考906,I4×河农95156和I4×兰考906可作为高产育种的重点组合。本研究中‘河农2552’和‘I4’作母本,‘兰考906’和‘河农95156’作父本,有利于双亲优势性状的聚合,从中选出超高产品种。
The genetic mechanism of economically important characters of six varieties of wheat was studied bywith Hayman method. The results showed that Henong 2552 was the better - breeding parent with early mature traits and eximous general traits. I4 was the better breeding parent with poly-spike traits and high general combining ability. Lankao906 and 95(156) were the big-spike better breeding parents with multispikelet traits. Henong 2552 × Lankao 906, I4 ×95(156), I4 × Lankao906 were the important combinations for super breeding. In this research, Henong 2552 and I4 were suitable for female parents; Lankaog06 and 95(156) were suitable for male parents. These crosses were propitious to be polymerized traits of parents, from which super high-yielding cultivars could be chosen.
