摘要
目的:用超声提取法对鸡肉参中多糖提取工艺进行研究。方法:用正交实验设计法筛选最佳提取工艺,并用苯酚-硫酸法测定鸡肉参多糖含量。结果:λmax=491nm,平均回收率为102.05%,RSD为1.73%。鸡肉参多糖的最佳提取工艺为:超声提取时间120min,料液比为1∶40,提取次数为1次。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,为从鸡肉参中提取多糖提供理论依据。
Objective: To study the optimum extraction process of polysaccharide from Incarvillea mairei(le'vl) Grierson. Methods: The optimal ultrasonic extraction process was selected with the orthogonal design and the content of polysaccharide was determined by speetrophtometry. Result: The optimum extraction process was as follows: the polysaceharide was extracted by ultrasonic technology for 120 minutes, with 1:40 [S]/[L] ratio and extracted for once. The average recovery was 102.11%,RSD=1.78%,λmax = 491nm. Conclusion: The experimental results provide the basis for the ultrasonic extraction process of polysaceharide from Incarvillea mairei(le'vl) Grierson. This optimum process is simple, stable and efficient.
