摘要
采用XAD16大孔吸附树脂对金花茶粗皂甙S进行初步分离纯化,获得分离后的组分S1,S2,采用芬顿(Fenton)体系、邻苯三酚自氧化体系、亚硝基体系和双氧水体系分别探讨了S、S1、S2对·OH,O2-,NO2-和H2O2的清除作用,并与Vc做比较。结果表明:金花茶皂甙对·OH、O2-、NO2-、和H2O2均具有一定的清除作用,其中对·OH的清除作用最显著。
In this paper the XAD16 macroporous resin was used to separate the crude saponin (S) from Camellia Chrysantha (Hu), and the S1 snd S2 were obtained. Then the antioxidative properties of three saponins S, S1, S2 were studied and comparied with Vc by the experiments of scavenging .OH, O2^-, NO2^- and H2O2 The results showed that S, S1, S2 all had .OH, O2^-, NO2^- and H2O2 scavenging effects, and the .OH cavenging effect is the most strongest.
