摘要
针对污水适度处理回用技术对盐含量的要求,通过对不同类型原油性质的比较分析,提出了一种原油电脱盐污水水质判断方法。结果表明:此种方法强化了原油电脱盐污水的破乳处理,最大程度地增加了适度处理回用的污水量,减少了外排污水量,降低了投资和运行费用。通过合理的系统划分,达到了节水减排的目的。
Based upon the requirements on the salt content in recovered water after appropriate treatment, the properties of different crude oils were compared and analyzed and a new method for determining the blowdown water quality of crude electric desalter was proposed. The application shows that the method has intensified the demulsification treatment of blowdown water, which has maximized the recovered waste water after treatment and minimized the waste water discharge. As the results, the project investment and operating costs have been reduced.
