以顺丁烯二酸酐、丙烯酸和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成了水溶性聚合物防垢剂MA-AA-MAC。研究了单体配比、引发剂用量、共聚反应时间、共聚反应温度对阻硫酸钡垢性能的影响,得到了最佳合成工艺,其单体配比为n_(MA):n_(AA):n_(MAC)=1:0.8:0.6,引发剂占单体总质量的10%(质量分数),聚合反应温度85℃,聚合反应时间4 h。对硫酸钡垢防垢率可达到90.1%。
The copolymer scale inhibitor MA - AA - MAC is synthesized by copolymerization in aqueous solution using MA, AA and MAC as raw materials and ammonium persulphate as initiator. The effects of monomer ratio, quantity of initator, copolymerization time and temperature on the scale inhibition properties of product are studied. The optimal conditions of the reactions are determined as follows: the monomer ratio of n(MA): n(AA): n(MAC) = 1 : 0.8 : 0.6, mass fraction of initiator is 10% of the total amounts of monomera, reaction temperature 85℃ and reaction time 4 h. The antiescale efficiency to the barium sulfate scale is 90.1%.
