摘要
目的调查合同制护士的心理健康现况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对泰州市5家医院258名合同制护士进行测评,并将结果加以统计学分析。结果合同制护士SCL-90总均分和除人际关系、恐怖因子外的各项指标都明显高于全国常模(p<0.01)。结论合同制护士的心理健康状况不容乐观,护理管理者应采取措施提高她们的心理健康水平。
Objective： To investigate the psychological health status of the local nurses in contract system. Methods： Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） was used to evaluate the psychological status of 258 nurses in contract system in 5 hospitals in Taizhou. The results were statistically analyzed. Results： The total mean score of SCL 90 and all factor scores except interpersonal sensitivity and phobia were significantly higher in the group of contract system than in the domestic normal group. （p〈0.01） Conclusion： The psychological health condition of the nurses in contract system is unoptimistic. Administrators of the nurses should take some measures to improve their psychological health levels.
