摘要
改变目前"规模型"备件供应保障模式,实现备件精确化供应是我军急需解决的难题。首先对典型的三级备件供应保障过程作了论述,根据备件供应保障系统具有明显的反馈控制特点,提出运用系统动力学描述备件筹措、储备及供应的系统动力学因果关系。针对备件三级供应保障过程中各因素间的影响关系,建立了三级备件供需过程系统动力学模型,并以基层级备件供应保障为例,给出了备件订货和备件需求动态关系式。通过仿真一定周期基层级备件供需关系,获得了作战单元可能的备件缺货量,对其分析后提出应通过适当缩短订货周期和直达供应以降低备件缺货量的改善措施。为分析备件供需过程机制,准确预测备件需求和评估备件供应效能提供了支持。
Spares supply support model should be changed from currently 'large scale model' to efficient supply, which is a difficult problem being imperatively settled. Firstly, three class spares supply support process of army was discussed. Because spares supply support system has obvious feedback and control character, causality relation of spares planprocurement, storage and supply was depicted by system dynamics. Aiming at influence relation of each element of spares supply support process, the system dynamics model of three class spares supply-requirement process was founded. And setting an example by spares supply support of organizational-level, spares procurement and requirement dynamic relation formulas were proposed. Spares number of backorders of battle unit were forecasted after organizational-level spares supply-requirement relation was simulated in a certainty period. Properly shorten procurement period and direct-supply should be implemented to reduce spares backorder quantity. Some support for analysis spares supply-requirement process mechanism, exact forecasting spares requirement and evaluating spares supply efficiency was proposed.
