According to the principle of ＂man and vehicle first, emphasizing practicality＂, on the basis of no much change on the space of former crossroad, the microcosmic traffic plan of urban crossroad is discussed from the aspect of microcosmic plan and management, which is advantageous to the realization of maximum throughput of man and vehicle.
