摘要
文章利用AVL公司热力学软件BOOST,对发动机调整增压器后的发动机性能进行模拟计算,预测了经过增压器调整后发动机的扭矩性能的提升,利用AVL整车匹配软件CRUISE,对优化前后的2组发动机和现有的2组后桥进行交叉匹配计算,根据4种方案的计算结果,按照整车动力性、经济性的要求选择出最优的组合方案,从而提升整车的性能。
Taking advantage of thermodynamics software BOOST developed by AVL company, this paper carried out a simulated calculation for the engine performance after adjusting turbo charger, and forecast the promotion of engine torque performance through the turbo charger adjustment. It also made use of the AVL vehicle match software CRUISE, to carry out a matrix matching calculation for two groups of engines before and after optimization and two existing groups of rear axles. At last, according to the calculation results of the four schemes, and the requests of the vehicle dynamic and economy, it chose one optimal compounding scheme to promote the vehicle performance.
