摘要
目的观察奥拉西坦联合脑循环功能治疗仪治疗轻中度脑梗死后痴呆的临床疗效。方法选择脑梗死后痴呆患者40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。治疗组应用奥拉西坦,每次静滴4.0g,1次/d,连续用药1月,联合脑循环功能治疗仪治疗,每次为30min,2次/d,共1月。对照组应用吡拉西坦,每次静滴10.0g,1次/d,联合曲克芦丁,每次静滴0.6g,1次/d,连续用药1月。采用简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)评定智力障碍程度和日常生活能力(ADL)量表(Barthel指数)判定日常生活能力,比较两组治疗前后MMSE和ADL评分及临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后MMSE和ADL评分(21.2±5.2、52.8±8.8)明显高于同组治疗前(17.4±3.5、41.8±7.1)及对照组治疗后(18.1±4.3、46.0±8.7)(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率75%,较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥拉西坦联合脑循环功能治疗仪治疗脑梗死后痴呆能够减轻患者的痴呆程度,提高患者的日常生活能力。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect on mild to moderate cerebral infarct dementia treated with oxiracetam and Cerebro vascular Function Therapy. Methods 40 cerebral infarct dementia patients were selected and randomly grouped to treatment group and control group. Oxiracetam and Cerebrovascular Function Therapy were used in the treatment group, and piracetam and troxerutin were administered in the control. After one month course of treatment, we evaluated the degree of dysnoesia with Mini-Mental State Examination （MMSE）, the activity of daily living with Activity of Daily Living （ADL） Scale （Barthel index）. Results The MMSE score and ADL score greaterly improved after the treatment than before the treatment in treatment group （P 〈 0.05）. There was significant difference in MMSE score and ADL score between treatment group and control group （P 〈 0.05）. Total effective rate in treatment group was 75% and was much higher than that in control group （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions This study suggested that oxiracetam combined with Cerebrovascular Function Therapy can ameliorate dysnoesia in cerebral infarct dementia patients and enhance the activity of daily living.
