季铵盐型正离子聚合物黏土稳定剂的合成及性能评价 被引量:1

摘要 以环氧氯丙烷和二乙胺为原料,过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,在反应时间为6 h,环氧氯丙烷/二乙胺摩尔比为1.2,引发剂用量占单体总质量的0.6%,反应温度为60℃的条件下,制备了特性黏数为4.13 mL/g的季铵盐型正离子聚合物黏土稳定剂(PA)。结果表明,当PA水溶液质量分数为1.2%时,膨润土水溶液的防膨率为98%;添加PA的页岩压片水化膨胀率低于30.5%,说明PA是优良的黏土稳定剂。 The clay stabilizer of quaternary ammonium salt cationic polymer( PA) of intrinsic viscosity 4.13 mL/g was prepared with epichlorohydrin and diethylamine as materials,ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as initiators under the conditions of reaction time 6 h, epichlorohydrin/diethylamine (mole ratio) 1. 2, the mass fraction of initiator 0.6% (based on total mass of materials),and reaction temperature 60 ℃. The results showed that the anti - expansivity of PA in the water solution of bentonite was 98% at the mass fraction of PA 1.2% , and the linear expansivity of shale in water with PA was less than 30.5% , so that PA could be considered as a better clay stabilizer.
