摘要
从水提取的肝苏糖浆原药中分离得到8个化合物，通过波谱分析和化学方法并与文献对照，鉴定了其中6个化合物：没食子酸（1），槲皮素（2），槲皮素-3-0－α－L－吡喃鼠李糖甙（3），乔松素－7－0－β－D－吡喃哺葡萄糖甙（4），2，6-二羟基苯乙酮－4－0－β－D-吡喃葡萄糖甙（5）和β-谷甾醇（6）。另外两个化合物（7）和（8）均具有二氢黄酮骨架，其结果有待于进一步确证。
A new medicine named' Gansu' is mainly made up of Penthorum chinese Pursh and Lysimachia christinae Hance. The chemical components of Penthorum chinese Pursh have not been reported. Eight compounds were isolated from the raw medicine syrup of water extraction. And six of them were identified by means of spectral and chemical methods as gallic acid (1), quercetin (2), quercetin-3-0-α-L-rhamnoside (3 ), pinocembrin-7-0-β-D-glucoside (4 ). 2,6-dihydroxyacetophenone-4-0-β-D- (5) and β-sitosterol (6). The other two compounds which contain flavanone structure are under identified.
