摘要
目的探讨踝关节骨折数字化虚拟手术设计系统建立的方法及其在临床应用中的价值。方法选取6例踝关节骨折患者,行踝关节CT扫描,采用Mimics三维重建软件,在重建出骨折三维数字化模型并进行相关测量的基础上,模拟复位,将三维重建的螺钉、钢板内固定模板与之拟合,明确内固定置入的方向、长度、角度等数据,建立数字化虚拟手术设计系统,初步指导临床应用,并与术后影像学资料进行对比分析。结果重建出踝关节骨折的三维数字化虚拟可视模型,可进行多种长度、角度、体积等数字化测量,与数字化内固定模板拟合良好,可初步用于踝关节骨折的数字化手术模拟及手术治疗方案的选择。结论建立了踝关节骨折数字化虚拟手术设计系统,初步临床应用效果良好。
Objective To investigate the value and feasibility of digitalized visualization technique in the establishment of preoperation design system and primary elineal application of ankle fracture based on the CT dataset. Methods The CT scanning of 6 patients suf- fered from ankle fractures were conducted.Three-dimensional reconstruction of ankle joint was performed using computer software on the basis of CT images. The operative procedure of interfixation of ankle fractures were simulated based on the reconstruction model and com- pared with the postoperative images.Results The computer reconstruction model had precise morphology and anatomic relationships of ankle joint.The fractured bone could be measured in space and the interested structure could be highlighted using ]ueidification technique. Digitalized visualization preoperation design system was eatablished. Conclusion The digitalized visualization technique can be used to establish the preoperafion design system. It is feasible to provid precise data and operation plan in clinical ankle fracture treatment.
