摘要
测谎技术对案件事实的证明发挥着重要的作用。测谎技术在我国司法实践中已大量使用,但现行法律却未对其法律属性、适用规则等加以规范。不仅使测谎结论的适用无法可依,也制约了测谎技术的进一步发展。
Polygraph technique plays an important role in providing evidence.Although polygraph technique has been widely used in judicial practice in China, the existing law does not define it or regulate the application.We have no law to consult for the application of polygraph conclusion, which hinders the development of polygraph technique.
